The upper wing, and where every prisoner's confiscated belongings are locked in the warden's vault.
The defenders are gone. The Rust Tide worked it over at their leisure and the crew walked through unchallenged.

Personal effects taken at intake are held in a vault in the warden's office. Everything the party lost is behind that door.
It is also where the surviving defenders have retreated to, which means whatever took the docks is heading the same way.

A reinforced sanctum at the head of Administration: floating rune stones orbiting a central terminal, real wood furnishings, pipe tobacco and old parchment under the smell of burnt glyphs.
