Structure

A fractured parliamentary body of 40+ delegates representing pre-war imperial provinces. Operates from the converted dreadnought Lex Perpetua in orbit above Thyssen IV. Decisions require supermajority, which means almost nothing passes.

Goals

Restore imperial law and centralized governance across the frontier. Reclaim key shipyards and fuel depots. Prosecute war crimes committed during the civil conflict.

Philosophy

Legitimacy through continuity. They believe that even a broken empire is preferable to the chaos of dozens of competing warlords. Order is survival.

Limits

Will not authorize civilian massacres or weaponized plague, even against enemies. Marcelline Voss-Ardenne has quietly blocked three such proposals -- so far. They are slow, but not monsters.
