Theobald Achike

Head of security for the entire Kessler Reach system, loyal to Halvorsen Reike and dangerous to cross.

Left Zabetta's office as the crew arrived, armed with a pistol and a cane.

Described by Zabetta as a nice enough man as long as you don't cut into H&R's profit margins.

Runs the company security that treats everyone the same — with less zeal than the cartel's guards, but without playing favorites either.
