Structure

Democratic internally, military externally. All senior decisions require a vote of squad leaders. Yeva executes decisions but does not make them unilaterally. It is slow and frequently loud.

Goals

Provide employment to war veterans who have nothing else, while building enough collective resources to establish a permanent home world. They take the jobs nobody else wants.

Philosophy

Nobody comes home from a war whole. The best you can do is make sure the broken find each other. They take in the damaged, the shell-shocked, and the forgotten and make them useful again.

Limits

Straka has an absolute rule: no contracts that involve fighting other veterans. If the enemy combatants are from a known veteran unit, the Legion stands down regardless of pay. It's cost them contracts. They've never broken it.
